Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Diamondteedesign

At Diamondteedesign, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind our workmanship 100%. If there is an error or defect on our part, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement. However, please note that returns or exchanges due to customer error—such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design—are typically not eligible.


Refunds & Replacements (If Applicable)

We are committed to delivering only the best. If you receive an item that meets any of the following conditions, we’ll replace it at no extra cost:

  • The product is defective or flawed

  • The print quality is subpar

  • The item received differs from the one displayed on our website

To request a replacement, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • A clear photo of the product received

  • Detailed images of any flaws or issues

Our customer service team will carefully review your claim. If approved, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

For other return inquiries, email us at [email protected]. If your claim is approved, we’ll provide a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item. Items that are washed, worn, damaged, or returned without authorization are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting may take time.

  3. Follow up with your bank—there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and non-refundable.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items that are damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected]. If approved, we’ll send a return address and guide you through the exchange process.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift was not marked or was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.


Shipping & Returns

If your return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total.

Shipping Tips:

  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75.

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
