Intellectual Property Policy – Diamondteedesign

Diamondteedesign is an online platform where users can design and sell custom t-shirts and other merchandise. We are committed to protecting intellectual property rights and require all users to respect copyright, trademark, and related legal protections.

We strictly prohibit the use of our platform to create or sell products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe someone is violating your rights through our service, please follow the process below to report it.


A. How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement

At Diamondteedesign, we take all claims of intellectual property infringement seriously. Upon receiving a valid notification, we will:

  1. Remove or block access to the content in question; and

  2. Terminate repeat infringers’ access to our platform.

To submit a report, please include the following information in your written notice to our Designated Agent:

  1. Details of the infringed work – Include title, description, and any registration number (if applicable).

  2. Details of the infringing content – Describe how the content infringes on your rights and provide a link or specific location on our platform.

  3. Your contact information – Full name, address, phone number, and email.

  4. A good faith statement – Affirm that you believe the use is unauthorized by the rights holder or the law.

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury – Confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.


B. What Happens Next

Upon receiving a proper notice:

  • We will promptly remove or restrict access to the reported content.

  • Notify the user who posted the content.

  • If they are a repeat offender, we may permanently disable their account.


C. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was wrongfully taken down, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent with:

  1. Identification of the removed content – Include its previous location on our platform.

  2. A good faith statement – Declare that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your contact information – Full name, address, phone number, and email.

  4. Consent to jurisdiction – Agree to legal proceedings in the federal court covering your location (or where Diamondteedesign operates if you’re outside the U.S.).

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may notify the original complainant of your counter-notice. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

Note: Submitting false claims under the DMCA can result in legal penalties, including damages and attorney’s fees, as outlined in Section 512(f).
